Immediately above Deanna's Slide is a
beautiful section of stream that we called the Mossy Glade. Here,
Henline Creek flows quietly over a polished bedrock shelf for
several hundred feet. The moss marks the upper limits of high
water in spring, suggesting that this would have been a much
wetter hike earlier in the year. |
