Dan Falls
Following a familiar route around Mark Falls, we quickly reached the base of sprawling Dan Falls. In this view, the brink of Mark Falls can be seen immediately behind, as (from left) me, Matt, Andy and Karl survey the scene for photo angles.
Andy opted for an unconventional view from the middle of the stream (below), just a few feet above the top of Mark Falls.
Ted is caught photographing the photographers at Dan Falls (below) from the east side of the stream. This is roughly the departure point for continuing upstream.
