After leaving Wrangell, the Adventurer spent the rest of that day and evening cruising through the rugged peaks of Sumner Strait (above, with an Alaskan ferry) and then into the twisting Wrangell Narrows (below). During this passage, the naturalist crew was on sharp lookout for wildlife, since we were now entering bear country.
