Ketchikan!
After the quiet cruise through British Columbia, the Adventurer reached Alaska and the colorful town of Ketchikan on the fifth day of the trip. Pictured above is the gateway along Ketchikan's main street, where crowds of visitors support shops ranging from old-time general supply companies to trendy art stores. The scene below is (in)famous Creek Street, where brothels once thrived in Alaska's rowdy frontier days, but today houses shops and restuarants.
